This invaluable review of how clients and customers see your business provides you with intel on how your business functions in your blind spots.  We sit with you to discuss from what perspective you would like to see your business.  

For instance, a physician's office may be interested in how a patient is received by appointment specialists and how the patient's experience is from the point of entry to the departing moment.  We then generate a plan for one of our Client Experience Evaluators to go through the steps as if he or she were the patient.  To avoid any billing issues, we work directly with the inquirer on how to discreetly identify the "patient."  Within five business days of the "appointment" ShoreLight will provide a full review and evaluation of the visit in addition to a correction plan and trainings if needed or desired.  

These interactions can be staged to any level desired to help improve employee training on difficult clients or special situations.  

The Enhanced Client Experiences are offered as a one time service or as a monthly or quarterly investment.

Typical pricing starts from around $250, although, every need is different - every business is different - and with that said, every proposal and pricing structure is different as they are structured to fit individual needs.
